Thank you for choosing the Last Resort Bed & Breakfast Inn for your accommodations, please note the following:

Reservations

• A 50% deposit is required. Full payment is due at reservation if within the non-cancelable period. The deposit guarantees payment for the entire reservation; late cancellation owes full fee.
• Two night minimum on weekends; three night minimum for holiday and festival weekends.
• Mastercard, VISA, personal checks and cash accepted.
• Gift certificates are available.

Cancellations

• For regular bookings, deposit will be returned if cancellation is made prior to 14 days before scheduled arrival.
• There is a 30 day cancellation deadline for all Penthouse reservations and the Dollhouse Cottage. Group bookings are payable in full at the time of reservation and are non-changeable, non-cancelable, non-refundable.
• A $25 per room processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
• A shortened stay will be treated as a cancellation.
• We are a small inn and late cancellations affect us greatly. Sorry, but our policy is firm regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Policies

• Two persons per room maximum, unless it is one of our penthouses.
• No smoking. For the comfort and safety of all, guests who choose to disregard our "No Smoking" regulation will be asked to leave and will be assessed for damages, minimum $150.00.
• Regrettably, candles are a serious hazard and are not permitted.
• Penthouse suites at times have more than a 2 night minimum.
• Guests are responsible for any damages, replacement, additional cleaning or loss caused by guest smoking or other abuse to our guest cottages or property, without further authorization. Any damages done to any Last Resort Inn property by guests or persons visiting or staying with guests will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation, and by your acceptance of these policies, you agree to make restitution for any such damage.

Check-In

• Welcome begins at 3:00 P.M. and continues until 8:00 P.M., eastern time.
• Arrival after 8:00 P.M. is not a problem. A simple call on the day of arrival and we will be happy to give you information necessary for an independent check-in.

Check-Out

• 11:00 A.M. eastern time. This allows us the time to clear the room and guarantee a spotless accommodation for all our guests.
